FREE RCMC RUN CLUB
All levels welcome!
If you are an RCMC cycling or multisport club member interested in running, our club running sessions are designed for all levels and abilities. Whether you are brand new to running, a seasoned runner or just wanting to run to break up your weekly riding with some cross training, this group is for you. We meet outside Cleveland library on Wednesday and Friday at 5am and meet for coffee after everyone has finished at Little Bloomfield Café at 6am.

On Weekends we usually have activities at the Raby Bay foreshore and hold our brick, swim and run sessions there.

Swimming
Swim Squad
When: Tue and Thu 6:30pm
Where: Cleveland Aquatic Centre
What: 1 hr session - these are at the Aquatic Centre
Fees: You will just need to pay the pool fee and swim squad fee as per CAC website - https://www.clevelandac.com.au/
Open Water Training
